Before we start building a roster, we need somewhere to work out of.
Somewhere we aren't too far from others, but with security and other equipment we'll need. It's a lot of time and money.
If Starrware had the funds I could funnel some money into this, but if I do that I'll bankrupt myself and the firm.

We're going to have to. How else are we going to have briefings or somewhere to train? Not to mention we would need a medical facility. Being centralized would help a lot.
I've been thinking about Peter Narga, actually. I wonder if he would lend any assistance to Unsettled heroes.

The rest of the set-up might not be so bad. I've set up security systems before. Batman and Robin are here. There are a bunch of imPorts who are likely just as capable.
As for members, we do have to come across as fortified. The Porter's unpredictability is going to be a problem.

strength in numbers!!!! if we have a lot of members then its a lot less likely that ALL of us will be ported out all at once

well i mean i have the team and were a team but its never been like this before
with LEAGUE people

weve done some stuff with league members but most of them treat us like junior kids
makes us feel like we dont matter sometimes

The League does deal with a lot of dangerous people. We're talking Darkseid or Superboy-Prime kind of dangerous.

We split the team at the moment. Anyway, we've got quite a few young members. Stargirl, Cyclone, King Chimera, Wildcat... they've been through a lot and taken on some real nasty pieces of work.

But in the past we have made them stay back when we were in danger or assigned them to back-up. It's not just because they're kids or not as experienced as some (although Stargirl's been kicking some bad guy butt a while now). It's because them — and you — are the future generation of heroes.

And in this job, too many young heroes have lost their lives.
