Not that he'll mention it here and now, let alone over an open channel. He's aware that what's acceptable in one set of circumstances, what was part of the need in steeling himself per Lady Satsuki's wise words against the harshness of what must be done for the greater good, is not going to come across well in other situations and circumstances.

Regardless, a face-to-face interview, and the challenge of working with much less than he has in the past... ah. As Inumuta and Gamagori have both said, there are more things here than life fibers.

... Though come on, he wasn't done researching those either.

My schedule's flexible at the moment. The contract I'm involved with is more concerned with deadlines than day-to-day reports on progress.

[ Actually, he ignores the worried phonecalls. One of the paid volunteers is a certified meddling worrywart. ]
